Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to items purchased directly from bravixonline.com.

Our Guarantee

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopifybravix@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

How Refunds Work

In most cases, you will not need to send the item back to us. Once we confirm the issue, we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. If a return is ever required, it will be arranged and covered by BRAVIX — you will never be asked to pay for return shipping.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped; once an order has shipped, our standard refund process above applies.
