Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BRAVIX. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Shipping Time

BRAVIX works with international manufacturing and fulfillment partners to bring you quality products at fair prices. Because of this, shipping is handled internationally and typically takes:

Standard Shipping: 12–25 business days, depending on the product and destination within the United States
During peak seasons (November–January) or around the Chinese New Year holiday (typically late January–February), delivery may take longer than usual due to factory and carrier volume

These are estimated timeframes, not guarantees — actual delivery can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Please note: because our products ship internationally, delivery times are longer than what you may be used to with domestic US retailers. We disclose this upfront so there are no surprises — if fast delivery (under a week) is essential for your purchase, please contact us before ordering at shopifybravix@gmail.com so we can advise on the best option.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

If you order more than one item, they may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive in separate packages, at different times. This is normal and does not mean part of your order was lost — you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs inspection and, depending on the product and order value, import duties or taxes charged by US Customs. [CONFIRM WITH YOUR SUPPLIER AND INSERT ONE:]

If your supplier ships DDP (duties already included): All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total — you will not be charged anything additional upon delivery.
If your supplier ships DAP (duties NOT included): Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier upon delivery, separately from your BRAVIX order total.

This is important to confirm before publishing — the wrong version here can cause real disputes if customers are charged unexpected fees at their door.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive this email.

Delays and Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at shopifybravix@gmail.com before opening a dispute with your payment provider — we're glad to look into it and make it right. Most "lost" packages are still in transit or held briefly at customs.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. BRAVIX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do our best to help redirect the package if the carrier allows it.

Questions

Still needs your input before publishing:

DDP vs DAP — confirm with your actual suppliers whether duties are included in the product price or collected from the customer at delivery. This is the single most dispute-prone detail in dropshipping from China right now (rules changed in 2025).
Effective date.
Consider whether to offer a faster/paid shipping tier if you find a supplier or 3PL that supports it — it would justify keeping "Fast Shipping" language elsewhere on your site. Otherwise, I'd recommend softening or removing "Fast US Shipping" from the hero/trust bar we built earlier, since 12–25 days shipping and that claim don't match — a mismatch here is exactly the kind of thing that damages trust once a customer notices.
